Cancellation Policy<\/h1>

Right of Cancellation<\/h3>

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.<\/p>

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Morph Studio) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).<\/p>

Consequences of Cancellation<\/h3>

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.<\/p>

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.<\/p>

Return Costs<\/strong><\/p>

The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you.<\/p>

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts<\/p>

1. for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an
individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are
clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.<\/p>

2. for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that their seal was removed after delivery.<\/p>

Please note that all custom-made products and services that are not kept in stock are excluded from the right of cancellation.<\/strong><\/p>
