• Do you have a customer account? Please log in here. In your customer area, simply click on Cancel contract. After that, all your orders will be displayed there right away, you’ll see all the details, and you can submit the cancellation comfortably in just a few clicks.
• Ordered as a guest? No problem! Just enter your order number, email address, and name into the form below to submit your cancellation directly online.
