Shipping and Delivery Costs
The price list valid on the day of delivery applies. All prices include statutory VAT. Subject to price errors, programming errors, and printing errors. You will receive an order confirmation and an invoice from us.
Small items are shipped as letter mail or merchandise mail. The most cost-effective shipping method for the customer will be chosen. We generally ship as an insured parcel.
Shipping is handled by DHL in an insured and neutral package.
Within Germany: €6.50
Small items: €2.90
Within the EU: €15.90
Payments
Payment is made in advance by invoice. You will receive an invoice directly after placing your order and transfer the final amount to the following account:

- We will only produce your goods after we have received your payment and your measurements.
- The delivery time starts from the receipt of payment and measurements.
